Cedar Rowe Farm is a small, family-owned - but full-service - equestrian facility nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Catoctin Mountains near Emmitsburg, Maryland. We take pride in offering equestrians and their horses safe and tailored quality programs for achieving and maximizing balance and harmony. Physical fitness and in-depth knowledge, understanding, and skills in the many training and riding aspects of equestrian arts represent the quintessential elements of our programs. All equestrian work is done on the flat to establish the foundations for the balance of the rider, the balance of the horse under the rider, and the harmonious interaction between the horse and rider. This integrated approach, built on a solid foundation, provides the equestrian with the basic fitness and skill sets needed to successfully pursue and enjoy a myriad of equine sports and equine leisure-related activities.

The facilities at Cedar Rowe Lusitanos and its Equestrian Fitness Center have been designed with both the equestrian and horse in mind. It is a full-service and care facility with the following special features:
